Where is Collector's Edition Pre-order?

I've seen pre-order for basic GW2 for a while now, but can't find anywhere to pre-order collector's edition.



Anybody know where to pre-order GW2 CE or got any info when it will be available?  If so link.  Thanks.

    They won't do it until a release date is anounced.
