IMO-Must have changes at release

In my general vierw of the game, I feel that I want to like this game - but disappointed thus far. For release, I would like to see these changes:
1) Crafting to be less tedious and combersome - not easier, but with better merits for its level of difficulties & requirements. Crafting should be fun - not with frustration and grind.
2) A camera that follows your character.
3) Hot buttons for Inventory, Action, Journal etc. Currently it's lots of mouse-clicks then "Esc" a few times.
4) A better UI
5) A better way to interact with things.
6) Shops to sell better items for non-craft type folks.
7) Running up/down cliff edges made available
8) Auto-target on any enemies that attacks you.
9) Ability to remove chat spam. I don't need to knwo who botched whatever.
10) Fatique system changed to 12 hours.
My understanding is FFXIV 's mechanics is similar to FFXI. I have never played and have no disrespect to those who played FFXI. I have played games such as AC1 Lotro, DAoC, Horizons etc.
