subscription for free account???

in Lord of the Rings Online

I downloaded LOTRO client and updated it, but when i tried to log in, i got message "username entered does not have valid LOTRO subscription". I logged in with my Turbine account, but i had no option to activate sub or anything. If any1 know how to solve this problem, plz tell me how to do that. Maybe it have something to do with me living in Europe, or i need to purchase client or something (which is not logical at all considering its f2p).

Main MMO at the moment: Guild Wars 2
Waiting for: Pathfinder Online

    Are you sure you downloaded the US client?

    Are you sure you downloaded the US client?

    You need to use the US/American client, the European client isn't F2P yet.
