When on the 15th does it start?

Does anyone have the exact time that it begins? Like if it's at midnight or something so I can open the game and start patching as soon as I'm able to.

I really didn't know anything about the game until after I got a key. I have been looking forward to tomorrow for a few days now. So again, does anyone know what time the beta will start tomorrow?
