Any help on How to change resolutions?

So, sorry if this is a dumb question. But i've been searching for a while in the game and at the launcher.. can't seem to find any settings to actually be able to change the game Resolution.. I hate playing a game in Window mode .. especially if the window is small (which in this case it is). So was wondering if anyone knew if/how I can change the resolution for the Window or make it full screen! I've already taken into account that maybe there isn't one.. but that just sounds stupid to me in this day and age.

In your SquareEnix > FFXIV folder there should be a program called FFXIVconfig.
Much like FFXi, you cannot do this in game and must be done before launching.
Nevermind, issue solved... Kinda stupid how you have to go out of the game / launcher in order to even change the resolution. For anyone else who was struggling with this also, go into your Game folder and open the ffxivconfig.exe .
You don't have to search through your hard drive. There should be a link in your start menu under SquareEnix that has a link to the configuration utility.
