I've been updating FFXIV for 10 hours, and only at 80% anyone got any idea how to fix this? I don't get what's wrong with this....

it's just the update files.
you put the .18. file in
C:Users"Your Name"DocumentsMy GamesFINAL FANTASY XIVdownloadsffxiv2d2a390fpatch
notice the directory 2d2a390f
and you put .19. in
C:Users"Your Name"DocumentsMy GamesFINAL FANTASY XIVdownloadsffxiv48eca647patch
then restart the launcher
