Any body got any tips for preformance for me?
Nvidia Geforce 360M 1GB DDR5
4gb DDR3 RAM
Intel I-5 2.4 ghz
Processor seems to be at 70% usage, and ram at 70% but getting kinda laggy
Should I run in full screen or windowed? Does this make a difference? Any tips for preformance would be appreciated!!!

First off it is performance( sorry I can't help myself) and secondly you might want to try shutting off advanced settings first like Ambient Occlusion as well as try the game at the recommended 1280x720 resolution.

Fullscreen generally runs better than windowed. Also make sure all forms of AA are disabled.

No amount of upgrades will improve fps by much. Bad engine.
