Quick Guardian Question

in Everquest II

How well can a guardian Tank, i dont care if i do horrible damage, i will always have a team (my dad is going to play with me :) ) How dependant are they on Armor and a healer?

    I'm a shadowknight, but I've grouped with a few guardians in my day.

    In a simple word : Armor

    this decides EVERYTHING

    a guardian is crap with medium or merchant bought armor..but is an alright tank with quested or crafted armor.

    ac determines EVERYTHING dude..

    (don't plan on soloing much either)

    Guardians are the best tanks. They can take a lot of punishment and have some good defensive skills. So long as you hold agro ok and use your skills guardians are the prefered tank of choice.

    Armor......make sure whatever you get....get it with stats.......dont get the plain jane stuff with just AC......I gotta 26 guardian and I use 95 percent Armor Quest armor. You get those at lvl 20.

    How much Hp and AC do you have jayreal98? How are you liking Guardian so far, does it take skill, or is it just sit there and get hit?
