Games for Windows Live DL Problem

i got Borderlands today off of Games for windows Live.
a GREAT deal 7 bucks
problem is
i have tryed to download this thing all day, i have a 10 mb download speed so its not my connection
anyone else have problems trying to fully complete a DL
i get around 50 % an then it says cant finish download, an makes me start all the way over
i use Norton Net S
an ever have a problem DL anything.
