dungeons end game

hi fans of FF14,  was wondering in the game are there dungeons to do or is it all just guilevel all of the way to 50. i know you can group up and do the quests but is it that it?? and what about end game? is it like other mmo where theres a T1 raid waiting for us already to grind for top gears?? im kinda dissapointed theres no mount either.
