How to fullscren/windowed?

Right now my game screen is about 1/3 of my total monitor. I have read that true fullscreen is not available. How do I stretch my windowed screen to atleast cover my monitor? I can't find it in the game options and when I try to click on xiv config under my programs a message in japanese comes up?
Help please.

go to were the game is installed on ya comp open the folder and theres a config in there can not do it ingame for some reason.
There is a ffxivconfig app in your Program Files/SquareEnix/Final Fantasy XIV folder you can open and check a full screen box. You can also set your resolution and some graphic options there.
A message is popping up in chinese or japanese. I can't copy and paste for google translation for some reason. There are no buttons or options of any kind for me to mess with. This is happening when I open it through my programs on desktop and when I pull the actual installation folder up.
I hate to be negative already, but I am begining to see why people are pissed with this game
Ignore the Japanese letters. Click on the drop down list and you'll see an option for English.
