Raid content is confirmed, and some of the mid-level dungeons have areas that can only be accessed by higher-level players. Instanced and world PvP is also confirmed, so between that and the rifts, there should be plenty for end-game players to do.

that sounds good I don't have any interest in opening/closing rift ..... raiding is where its at.

AHHHH more talent trees!!! WHY, WHY TALENT TREES!! Game looks cookie cutter, not much going outside the lines too far... Unless it isnt supposed to be really different, then in that case it looks pretty polished and well done from a development standpoint.

EDIT: on another note the dynamic world looks like it would be fun, but i wonder what would happen on the low populated servers if the rifts took control of the world? If that would even be possible.

I think that you need to read a bit more on how those "talent" trees work.  They are quite a bit different and more customizable than WoW or any others that we have seen before.  Each tree is a separate class that can be totally different than the others in your archetype.  Each archetype (Rogue, Warrior, Cleric and Mage) has a tanking tree, a healing tree, a DPS tree and a buffing tree.  Each archetype has up to 8 trees that can be mixed and matched at will, making for tons of possibilities.  The customization is truly extraordinary.

As far as your second comment is concerned, all of the dynamic content is controlled by Trion at a server and even zone level.  So, if one server has a lower population or if one zone does not have many players playing in it, they can tweak the amount and strength of the dynamic content.  Each server will be different in this regard.

They have also stated that the Rifts will only be the start of the dynamic content.  We may very well see other invasions, from Goblins, Giants and the like in the future.  The system is already in place and they can add to it fairly easily.
