I set up a CE account on launch day and haven't been able to play since. Finally get some time and come back and it says I can't create a character until I setup options or something. So I go to account manager and it's a cluster fuck... I have no clue what to do.

Like wtf happened to my account? Only gone a week and already it's not working and I can't play.

you have to setup the basic service for 9.99

then the 1 character slot for 3.00

you dont get charged till after 30 days but you still have to set it up
