Think anything revealing will come of Comic Con?

in Guild Wars 2

Since they are about to start showcaseing the game demos in the US in a few days, you guys think they are going to reveal anything new? Or do you think they will just show us more of what we have already seen 10,000 times.

 

Personally i'm hopeing for either a new class, crafting/gathering, or PvP.

    Its about time for another class........

    The Assassin class (there's gotta be one, I mean, everyone's seen the concept art) would be a great reveal for Comic Con, considering there's lots of anime/manga fans that would freak out about it, considering the popularity of Naruto and what not.

    Once you go go whack, you'll never go back.

    i hope cloaking (becomming invisible) won't be too over powered since games can't seem to get it right... (unless anyone knows one that does get it right?)

     

    i hope they release the charr gunner thought (the very left) cuz i'm intrested in them :)   it's about time for me to try out a totally new class

    I didnt find stealthing in DAoC overpowered but I did not play any other pvp mmorpg. So what do most games do wrong about stealth? Would be nice to know, since I have no idea what you mean :)

    I'd like to see a new class revealed or the PvP. We all almost know there is an assasin class, so I'd rather they reveal a new one that we don't really have any idea about. Would be alot more interesting imo. But they had better reveal something at comicon, or I will be quite sad.

    It would make sense if they release a new class during comic-con.  They timed their last class release with Gamescom so I don't why they wouldn't with Comic-con.  Its good PR...

    Same demo as the previous 2 shows but like everyone esle I'm hoping we get a new class reveal or something worthy enough to talk about.

     i doubt  that there will be 100 developers playing at the same time as the last to demos but else yes the same

    Id think that if theyd want people to come to there booth, givin out some new info would bring more people over?

    GW2 won't have the same kind of presence at Comic Con as they did at Gamescom/PAX. I don't think any big reveal will come out of it.

    I'm not even sure they'll have a booth. NCSoft are holding a party at some bar/club on Friday night (where VIPs will get to play the demo),  but then the panel-meetings take place at Comic Con on Saturday afternoon.

    I'll be going to both panels that ArenaNet do (the GW2 one, and mmorpg.com's "future of online gaming"). Maybe they'll give SOME new info.

    I think they'll release some new info. Hopefully either about the missing classes, or maybe some tidbits about the mists.

    Probably nothing at the Con itself, but a little birdie told me to expect a huge reveal this month. My bet is on either crafting or 'assassin' reveal.

    Plain simple...Nothing

     

    If nothing about gameplay got release between gamescom to pax, nothing about gameplay is going to be released between pax and comic-con (which isnt about games...)
