A newly formed Sith Guild.
Features: Ventrilo, website,PVP,PVE,Raids,RP,Advancement Opportunity
This guild is quite different than many other guilds currently recruiting. It's design is based on years of experience. I have run many guilds many different ways, some ways were more succesful than others. The structure of this guild is based on what I have learned as a guild leader over the past ten years. We have appointed officer positions and an elected member council. The pecking order of importance in this guilds is members,oficers, and the guild leader. I am no dictator, nor is this a democracy. We have clear defined goals and the officers all have different responsibilities. No one person is in charge of everything in this guild. I as the guild leader ensure that the officers will be fulfilling their roles and working together to achieve all the things the members of the guild want to achieve in the game.
I will constantly keep the guild informed on game updates, what they mean to the individual player as well as how they will affect the guild. This guild will be very organized. Visit the guild at http://www.sws.jediportal.com

Not a democracy? I'll pass. If you're not smart enough to let guild members have a say in how things are run, then your 10 years of experience has been a complete waste.
I don't recall writing that I don't let the members have a say in how things are run, on the contrary, I said there is a member council that can advise the officers of what the memebrs of the guild want. The officers will take that into consideration when they make the decisions. When running a guild you cant have a poll or an election on every issue that presents itself in the guild. You can't, as a leader, be afraid to be decisive. I want to know what the members of the guild want, but in the end it is the leadership of the guild that will make the decisions, not the members. It has to be this way or you are a meandering rabble of nitwits. But if that is the kind of guild your after, then there are more than a few nitwit guilds out there. Good luck to you.
