I bet there are a lot of games that do this, but it is the first time i heard about someting like this, I hope the neverwinter game turns out to be a good one, here the news from eurogamer.net

Arenanet makes all employees play the game in development for 2 hours each day instead. I have a feeling that works a lot better as quality control.
Still, it is nice that they are trying something different STO and CO didn't work out as good as they could have.
