Old Timmer looking to try it again, Need Help

in City of Heroes

I owned/own the original city of Heroes, and have not played since its release.  I want to use my old account, but would like to activate a trial for "Going Rogue".  Anyone knows how to do this?

I also Prefer Steam, so If I buy the game, I would like to buy it from Steam.  Is this possible?

    Technically, your account is reactivated for Columbus Day weekend with full access to CoH, CoV, and Going Rogue content.
