Aion client downloader not working

I used the key you kindly sent me, the downloader starts but it keeps saying: "Information could not be downloaded. Please try again in a few minutes" Well it's been about two hours I'm trying without success. Is that normal?

Same happen for me.. I just removed it and tried again, in a different folder.. Worker fine afterwards.. Not sure if that was the solution but still..
