that has happened to me, a lot of times, with basically any MMO. Don't discount Aion because of that. See what is up. My account, a few months ago, was actually hacked but within 1 day everything was fixed. Keep us updated on what happened. This game is fun for a lot of people, not all yes, but there are a lot of haters...when they can just not play it, simple as that.
Ok, the 2nd atempt : same result . I know about the different user/pass from main/game account. And about user error ... funny thing that it actualy never happend to "mistake" a pass or "forget". I`m not 80 years old to mystake a "master" password which i use for several years now. And in "my account" page all works just fine... Explain that to me plz...
This is your mistake. I cant believe how stupid some people are, instead of recover their passwords the go starting a thread to blame the game, guess what, USERNAME AND PASSWORD DOES NOT MATCH

If u dont have any ideea about how to help me and u think that always ppl come to these forums to ask help before they tried like all ways to make "x thing" work ...u sir are DUMB and ignorant and +1 post is all that counts for u .
If you have a EU account and try to play a US version of the game it happens, probably very common mistake as the default setting is US. You change EU/US settings in the launcer/advanced. Instructions is in the Aion power wiki.

Well only happend to me in Aion, thats why i already deleted the game:)
I`l instal once again for a 2nd try. Hope for succes this time. If not it will be shortest mmorpg from my history:)
Remember you have a different pass for your master account and your aion login....2 different logins.
I'm going to stick my neck out and say that this is probably a case of user error.

Just go and ask for your password on the NCsoft website.
