I've no place to complaint other than here.....I've noticed that my account is marked not playable, I thought if I add another it might work... so I bought the latest extension, and added the key. but my account is still marked as not playable, so I've contacted the customer service 2 days ago (both in english and french), but untill now, no one there answers me.
do you have the same problem as well ?

Sorry to hear your complaint but Customer Support can take up to a week before getting back to you. I know its hard trying to wait patiently but they are often flooded with issues. If things still dont happen after a week try leaving a nice note on Gaile Grey's talk page on gw wiki.
thats surprising i emailed them today and within 2 hours and after around 4/5 emails back n forth they got my account working, sorry just unlucky i guess.

after 3 days of wait, they've finally replied my question, but they just simply "escalated my ticket for further assistance".... so I think I've to wait for next week...'cause it's soon weekend...
Actually, it is the weekend and I just had a 3 Email discussion with Customer Support that resolved the problem...
Sometimes it'll take them a long time to get to your question...
Others they'll be on it the next day.
It's more like lack of your knowledge not NCSoft's lack of support. I had an issue with running Guild Wars on Windows 7. It started out with web support but I ended up calling them. In the end they resolved my issue and were great! Yes, the web support is slower so give them a call. Here is there number, as I admit it's hidden on their web site.

Well, that is the problem with B2P games, the support is kinda slow.
But I am not sure that it is worth 15 bucks a month to get a replay somewhat faster.
Lets hope they fix it for you soon.
I had to contact them yesterday about an account issue. It took about 22 hours for them to get back to me. They gave me the response I expected. I'm not sure on how they guage importance of the requests they get. I was very proffessional and curteous and they got back to me fast. Are you sure you sent it to the correct address? I used the support page from inside the account information if you log in at the game website.

I used the support from NCSoft main account, and they've gotten back to me fairly quickly. It has been escalated for further attention, otherwise I find them very quick to respond... just waiting for a final confirmation now, I'm hoping it will be resolved in the next 2 days or so.

I had an odd support issue and it took them a bit over a week to resolve it. I was satisfied with the response time, but it wasn't something that prevented me from playing.
Drop the next-gen marketing and people will argue if the game itself has merit.
I've tried 5 times to resolve an issue over my account, and no response, teh very first issue wa regarding account character and password which was resolved in a week. However after that i posyed 5 more tickets with regards to my account status as I still couldn't log in, and I still have NOT had a response, teh are oviously ignoring it... its driving me crazy, I wanted to get the damn items for the hall of monuments!!!!!
It depends on your issue, really. I've emailed them often....they probably hate hearing from me at this point....and they get back to me quickly. The only time they didn't was when my credit card got flagged for whatever reason and they decided I needed to verify my information. Problem is it was info from like, 5/6 years ago...who the hell still has that for a friggin game? Took a while for them to get with the program on that one.
A friend of mine started playing after being gone for a long time and he had forgotten his password. It took the better part of a week for them to reset it for him. Some things they're great on, other things it's like they're run by monkies.

after one week of wait, They finally resolved my problem. I'm afraid when GW2 released, how could they handle so many players if they can't even handle the number of tickets for GW1....
Well I went back to GW1 last week for the HoM calculator thing and discovered my account had been hacked (for Aion ironically, which I hadn't played since a few weeks after the game's release) and subsequently banned. They managed to restore my account within a day of me emailing them though (on a Sunday no less!) so I think their service was actually fairly good. I think you were just unlucky.
i haven't played GW since it's release so today i came to find out the login needed a character name now too, none of which i could remember. after 30 mins i got a reply and they solved it with 1 mail.
So like some have said you were probably unlucky or possibly we were lucky
People are there own worst enemy and being most of all their problem on to them selves.

I havn't done anything to upset them. Or anger them.. infact i havn't done anything except ask for my account details or the status of it, if its banned I need to know why LOL I havnt even played it for like a year!...I got to level 20 and stopped. It's got to the point of laughter that they have no idea whats going on with my account as they are just completely ignoring each ticket, which btw has reached 7 in total now. I went for the last resort and purchased a complete collection from amazon at an amazing price lol works out a 3 rd of the cost than if you were to buy each expansion and the main game form NC Soft.

Both a friend of mine and my account were blocked on November 20th. When inquired why they tld us they were hacked and they had blocked them to prevent future damage. But when we went to confirm our accounts they told both of us that we were not the ones that owned the accounts. We went WTF?! It's been 6 days of argueing back and forth about it and still nothing. I am contemplating taking legal action at this point. Anyone else having this issue?
I agree, and the one problem that people set themselves up with is getting their accounts hacked lol seriously how in the hell do you get your account hacked, no really what the fuck do you do on your computer to get an account hacked. I been playing mmo's for 10 years now an I have never had one of my account's hacked or had any problems with logging in to an account I haven't played for many years.

I 99% agree. I've never had an issue, but once, my WoW account was hacked once, after around 6 months of being inactive...
Well.................. it's been about a year or so since I played Guild Wars...... Tried to get back onto my account last friday 24th Dec and found I had been hacked!!!!!
First time ever!!!
Taken me until yesterday 28th Dec for the lack-of-support guys to unlock it and release it back to me.
Seriously raped and pilliaged.
Not sure if I want to start again. Had been playing for 3 years atleast.
I have secure PC's. Anti-spy/malware. Firewalled and AV protected.
Gotta be an inside job.
Disappointed with the serious lack of support and time taken to deal with this.
