if they are >perma<- banned they wont reply will they? If you say oh yeah i got permabanned on my old account "lolxsRolf" devs will have to ban you again i suppose?
Btw obviously no perma-banns but 2 warnings for not sugar-coating my opinion about another poster
First of all, if someone was ever permabanned and then confessed to it on a new account, whats to stop it from happening again? Kind of a dumb conundrum here.
As for other offenses, I think I'm at 5-6 warnings and 3-4 temp bans, I deserved maybe 2.

This makes no sense since the word perma would indicate permanent banning. There is no coming back from permanent.
You are a person, not an account.
I'd think with a "perma-ban" they would also ban your IP.
They don't.
So it's not a perma-ban then. I don't know why anyone would want to brag about being banned, which is what this thread seems to be about. Am I missing something? Is it a badge of honor to be banned from a forum? That's like bragging about being a douchebag. I just don't get it. To each their own I suppose.
I don't think he even writes at this place anymore, he had a certain way of posting and it been a long time since I saw any "Blizzard will rule the genre for the next 30 years" posts...
But seriously: A perma ban means you should find another forum to troll.

Never banned, never warned, never will be either of those. People who get banned usually do something to get banned. If you don't act like a fool there is nothing to worry about.
Er, as a certified master of the obvious, perma banned means exactly that, you're not supposed to be here if you've been perma banned. I know there's little they can do to stop someone, but fact is, best to not reveal that you've been banned before or its likely to come again.
As someone else mentioned, I think Z was one person who got tagged at least 4 or 5 times before he vanished. You could just tell by his writing style, and his rabid (and many times unthinking) defense of his favorite game who he was. (WOW is a sandbox style game, yeah right)
I have been temp banned a couple of times, but never have I crossed over the edge.

I gotta go with this. FWIW, I've had one warning in 4 years or so.

you missed...never.
You're right! I guess in my mind everyone here must have been banned at least once! hah

Never been banned, was warned once, and it was later retracted, due to the mod missreading my post.

Maybe, but I doubt it would work for those dynamic ones that change every time your unplug the router. I think they just ban the email account used.

Strange question, perma banned is permanent, so how would those people even be able to post here?
Unless the ban doesn't include IP address?

It doesn't include an IP ban to the best of my knowledge.

Never even been warned.
Never been banned, but I have been warned due to what can best be described as a distinct lack of a sense of humor by moderators.
