Failed Connecting?

in MU Online

Today, the 13nth of December, I started up my Mu Online game, after re-installing, and when I hit the connect button it says "Failed Connecting."  Is there a patch going down at the moment?  Or am I just having bad luck?

    11pm - midnight GMT on Mondays is the weekly server reboot.  (11.56 as I type)

    How long will the weekly server reboot take? I have a hard time understanding server downtime.
