When does the official Cataclysmic event commence?

I'm asking this question because I'm considering resubbing to take some screenshots before the changeover. I dont think I'll be buying the expansion for some time but I'm interested in checking out the changes to the world. Do you think there'll be delays?

It's so confusing to explain, and basically Blizzard hasn't told us yet.

 

We know  a few things

4.01 just launched

4.03 will launch soon

some time AFTER 4.03 launches is when the world will change

Cataclysm will launch on Dec 7th

 

So basically it is between now and Dec 7th, but the 'now' won't be tomorrow because there will be at least some amount of time after 4.03 launches before the world changes.

my hunch is that it will be later than most people believe, i'm thinkingg maybe the 2nd or 3rd of December is when the actual destruction takes place.
