Any guilds on Antonia Bayle welcoming lower-level players?

I'm only a level 29 Necro right now, but I was looking to find a guild just to be able to talk to some more experienced players and get advice and such. I'd also like to be able quest with others. Also, if there are any guilds open to new players like this on other servers just let me know and I could always roll a new toon there.
