Talk to me about PvP

in TERA

yeah i know i could go read for hours and try to find info on PvP, but i would rather ask here because this is a forum for people to talk about the game.

few questions.

is PvP in this game " open pvp" ? wich means can people attack each other any time any place ?

or is it faction pvp?

or is it duel only?

some info would be cool ty.

    There are at least 2 server types you can choose from.

    1) PvP with non-consentsual pvp.   ( FFA full open world pvp)

    it will also have duels (you can bet in game gold on the duel between the two parties)

    and there will be some sort of battleground tied into the political system somehow  (don't know how it works)

    2) PvP with consentsual pvp.   Duels & BG's.  no full open world pvp.

     

    Tera is an open world a little bit bigger than wow in world size,  There are no factions so it will be ffa on the true pvp server.
