The only way you are going to know if there is no desync is if you also have a videos from the other partcipants perspectives and then played the videos side by side. I am sure if you did this you would notice dsyncs.
EDIT: Most recent performance patch sees some users experience 3x the lag

This wasn't a pvp-video but more of a pvV ( player vs victim ) video.
I didn't see any of the enemies fight back. They ran all the time.
i am so glad i didn't pre order this game...

Wow That looked really bad...from crappy graphics to horrible character animations.
I must say that looks like one of the worst gameplay video's I have ever seen.
Im currently playing the DF trial time and having alot of fun but it made me think about how MO is but all i see are bad things about MO , where in DF the only bad thing i hear are the macro skilling that makes it hard for new players but it is suppose to be changed with a patch that comes in the near future.
Has MO full loot like DF also when somone dies ? is MO giving the the feeling of danger when ure playing that when u see someone he can kill u and grap ure things DF has awsome adrenaine rush i love it i keep on dying i get angry but ive had also funny situations and im 99 % ill give a go for DF if i want hear anything good about MO

This was in Gual Kor, which is the city of the Thursar (half orcs). It is one of the towns meant for thieves and murderers (i.e. no guards), so the mere fact of being there means you are open to PVP. Several of the people he attacked are murderers (the ones with the red life bar), so those people are plenty familiar with the idea of PvV from the other side too.

atm EVE has around half a mill subs not many compare to WoW but but those 2 games are completly different.

This! MO might look boring for some people but combat it's more fun than any other MMO. Imo much more fun than other MMO's like WoW etc ...
While i'm not a fan of MO, i can appreciate the video and combat seen in the video. What the idiots in this thread don't realize is the risk/reward factor of the fighting, and how long/hard it is to reach that level of damage/skill in combat, etc. So it may look 'boring' to someone outside the game, but for the people playing who have something to lose at any moment, and are putting into effect their past learning and training in the game, it's fun! Besides, it looked quite fun to me, and seems to have improved since i played Beta. I lol'd at all the guys running from your cavalry charge!
Fair enough. My point is that flanking attacks are not going to look like someone "fighting back" In a skirmish like this there will be a lot of people trying to get attacks of opportunity (flanking, rear attacks) and less face to face combat than you would see in 1 on 1 or in a situation where the line of battle is well defined (i.e. siege)

keep your eye on the player shooting the bow his stamina never bottoms out. And the players running around below seem to have no clue WTF is going on due to the horrible lag its hilarious. BUT according to Henrik who should now be refered to as Hiemlick they can support 27,000 simultanious users. I feel bad for the people who will buy this game if they ever get to the point they can actully advertize it.
