Classless MMO without Levels. Does it exist?

Help me find this game.

I want to play a game without classes. I want my toon to be able to use any skill/power if enough time is devoted to learning it.

I also want a game without levels. Skill based with lower level skills being less efficient using a particular item.

Thanks

    Darkfall or MO

Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there, wondering, fearing, doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before.

Im sure there are plenty other mmo's that fall under the description you've made but as of now the only ones that come to my mind are: Darkfall(currently released) and Secret World(release date to be announced).

Is curious how the first MMORPG, Ultima Online, was a a non-level non-class game. It has player housing, player/guild castles, mounts, player ships, taming animals for pets, non instanced seamless world, and all the thing we are claiming now for...

One day I saw a guy with a tamed dragons army at the entrance of a city.

What a disaster imo that companies followed Everquest path instead o UO path.

But, but, but he attacked me when I was low life!

Yes, HE DID, why you cant do the same to him?

Uf that will take me a lot of time...

    HERE IS YOUR QUEST!

EvE has banners all over this site. Anyone who has deeper interest in MMOs should try EvE, it may not be fun for everyone but is sure is eye opening experience in many regards.

EvE does not have classes or levels, it has hundreds of interdependent skills effecting your efficiency and/or gating item/ability use.

I have played Eve and have a great deal of respect for the game. I have also played Entropia Universe which can be thought of a a skill based/classless game.

Those aside, I'll check out Darkfall. Thanks for the suggestion.
