You can make a Samurai in City of Heroes. That's all I know of.

are you referring a real samurai or just like samurai that uses 2 swords? in flyff they have Blade and in ROSE they ahve hawkers

I am not sure, I've never seen a samurai in any major MMO besides FFXI.
