The way it suppose to be because they say so?

I just clicked on a item from their store, since I love crafting in this genre of games, I have to wonder does the following item also come ingame by just playing it. Else I don't feel that their store way is the way they make us believe it should.

Obviously for those who merly are into combat in this genre this might not unbalance their gameplay, but what about those who seek a wider experiance from their MMORPG experiance?

below just one of the items I looked at which is a Aluminium Mixing Bowl.

Of course if these items can all be aquired by simply playing the game then I have no issue's with it, I also have no issue's with it if the normal by play ingame items will be beter then what can be bought.
