PvP MMO w/ Battlegrounds?

I really enjoyed playing the battlegrounds in W.O.W.  however, for reasons i cannot go into I can no longer play that anymore...

Does anyone know of a good PvP MMO that has battlegrounds or other controled low pop PvP. I dont want huge battles, i don't see the point in AoE spamming a huge spot as u try and lolkill 1000 people.

Anyone know of any mmo's that can provide that?

Preferably f2p, preferably w/ lower lvl pvp battleground action

    I would like it to be an mmo but i am open to any suggestions atm bec i am aware of the state of mmo's atm (I alrdy play BLC (bloodline champions) btw)

    Have you checked out Warhammer Online? It sounds like just what you're looking for with its Scenarios.

    like i said if you have any games at all, that even remotly fit the bill please feel free to suggest them.

    Also, i probably should have clarified this but when i mean "small scale" i mean like 10v10-15v15 players like they are in WoW. With the occasional 40v40 battles, which i can barely manage.....

    Warhammer? It has open world PvP when you feel like playing zerg fests (or it can actually be small PvP depending on the time, location and bracket you're playing in) or you can play in the scenarios which are pretty much the same thing as battlegrounds.

    Guild Wars? It's not really a MMO, but it has an interesting PvP, which happens through Arenas (4v4 Random teams), Heroes' Ascent (8v8) and Guild vs Guild battles (8v8).

    Nothing else comes into my mind. Considering Aion's direction it should also feature 24/7 battlegrounds eventually, but right now it wouldn't work for you since it has only one "battleground" and you can only enter it a high levels and during certain times of the day only, I'd guess 1 year.

    And you might also like Guild Wars 2, though it's still far from release.

    alright well i am looking into warhammer online atm, however i was still looking for a f2p if anyone knows any
