Im a new to this game, never tryed Guild Wars game, but GW 2 stuned me out (demo show)!
I have one question that keep me worried, do we know anythink about boss/dungeons tactics? I mean will it be simular to WOW (no offence, only e.g.) there you have to move to not die etc. and so on..?
Sorry if there are similar topics about it, but can`t find them ("lazy").

We have few examples of actual boss fights and the Shatterer was so watered down that it doesn't even count but one I can recall are the Ghosts of Ascalon.
They stated that some of the former residents of ascalon will be engaged in a catacomb like dungeon and that you would have to duck behind pillars and use the environment as cover during the fight.
On the official site, you can read the actual example given. I believe it is actually labelled dungeons.
People think it's fun to pretend your a monster. Me I spend my life pretending I'm not. - Dexter Morgan
You can get a taste of the dungeon experience including boss fights from this article. In addition go to youtube and lookup the shatterer to see what a boss looks like.

What a boss could look like........
Most bosses will not be as static (and as large) as the Shatterer and they will move around a lot more...
Compared to WoW bosses will have much more AI doing random things instead of the very static WoW boss scripts that perform allways in the same way.
Best MMO experiences : EQ(PvE), DAoC(PvP), WoW(total package) LOTRO (worldfeel) GW2 (Artstyle and animations and worlddesign) SWTOR (Story immersion) TSW (story) ESO (character advancement)
Lord.Bachus is right:
GuildFans: Large boss monsters such as 'The Shatterer' seem to be fairly static during combat. Will they actually give chase if players try to run away? How important is movement in these fights?
Eric: Once a creature reaches a certain size, we have to make them a bit more static to account for how they interact with terrain and players as they move. So you won’t ever see the Shatterer arbitrarily chase someone down while he’s on the ground. There will be other super huge bosses which fly or swim who have a higher degree of freedom as they move around.
We also have a large number of bosses who are much more free with their movement and can roam the world like a standard monster. The Drake Broodmother is one of the smaller examples of that sort of boss. Some of those bosses actually get really large although none are as large as the Shatterer.

I don't mean to split hairs but I think I need to clarify. My statement was literal, I meant what the boss looks like, not that it represents what all boss encounters will be like which you seem to think I meant.
Furthermore you tried to correct me by saying what a boss could look like.....
The shatterer video is an example of what A boss fight looks like currently. I never said all boss encounters will function like this and while there is certainly opportunity to change between now and release currently that is what A boss encounter looks like not what it could look like.
Also I thought I read that there was an airborn portion of the shatterer encounter where it was obviously more mobile but was not included in the demo. Don't quote me on that part though.
Arena Net stated that there will be static encounters, but only for gigantic bosses (like the shatterer, expect the elder dragons encounter to be the same aswell) due to sizing problems (the bigger the creature, the less movement it can make without looking dumb) , there will be normal sized or not so gigantic bosses encounters aswell, and the shatterer fight was at the end of a chain, ANet already stated that you will fight with the shatterer before, in a more mobile state (flying?)
