Maybe you should have stepped outside of Stonard. If you had you would have noticed there was an alliance fort in the middle of the zone and a good portion of that middle area has become a warzone. Also there is a neutral goblin town on the coast, and the pool of tears or whatever it's called opens into the sea now. You're exploration leaves much to be desired.
My problem isn't that there were few changes...I've seen plenty. What I don't like is that there are camps or towns all over the place and all of them have flight paths. There's no feeling of wilderness anymore. I don't like that.
I hate saying anything bad, but in my leveling experience since the shattering, I also feel like there are a few too many flightpaths in each zone. I loved Felwood and the way the quests flowed, and especially the lore. but it felt rather 'contrived' that there were 4-5 quest hubs and each had a flight path.
I know in old wow, zones like Desolace (only 1 flightpath all the way to the east) were incredibly annoying because of all the running back and forth on a boring road. But this just went a little overboard.
But wow, questing is amazing now. The quests are just so engaging.
Ive pretty much enjoyed it, I started a Tauren pally on friday and now he's level 61 with /played 18 hours, leveling up is way too fast to enjoy the new zones and this is without BoA's and doing every instance only once because of all the quests inside the dungeon.
Overall tho i think they've done a very nice job, the new Deadmines to me was just amazing.

haha.. Blizzard secretly slipped a little "NGE" in your drinks...
Nah, not really... But they could if they wanted to couldn't they? They'd call it the "Revelation" expansion.
