More than 1 year now and still playing MO. Looking forward now to the coming content patches (PvE and Social).
i paid for 4 months of subscription. the last month almost never logged on.
I'm an on/off again player, returned recently totaling more then 4 months active (spent about 5 months in beta testing). While the game has some SERIOUS flaws, I just can't seem to go away completey as I always seem to miss the game.
For all it's flaws and bugs MO is one of the few sandboxes on the market where there are real challenges, you can be competitive in PvP relatively quickly, and you do get that adrenalin rush during pvp fights.
I would not be surprised if you started to play MO again within two month.
How did you manage to play for (not including testing as per OP) more than a year when the game has been out for 6 months? Does it just feel like a year due to the bugs maybe?
Yes, I know. But still I have been playing MO for more than 1 year (incl. closed beta) and still have fun doing it.
I've also been playing well over a year total, including beta time. Been subbed since launch, and won't be leaving anytime soon.
The game has bugs, but it has also been a really fun experience - one that very few other games come close to offering. And, MO has been slowly and steadily improving.
Hell hath no fury like an MMORPG player scorned.
I would like to make just one correction with this post. MO has been quickly and steadily improving, or at least compared to games like Darkfall or Fallen Earth.

Anyways shouldn't the poll ask "How long has your MO account been active"?
"Was" implies that we do not currently have an active account which many of us do.

Trick Question? Uh, Game is still in testing? Don't worry so is mine, and mine was supposed to be AAA and not indy.
All kidding aside though I would love to see MO take on more of a UO feel to it. However I think with recent events and such trust isn't something StarVault has. I don't trust em, and therefor I don't play
