How long are their responses on average? I haven't had to send a ticket in to NC since 2006 with City of Heroes, but I activated Aion early yesterday for the double xp weekend after not playing since last spring but I forget the password so I can't play and I provided the needed info in the ticket. It said it was updated but I see no response.


Bah missing out on the double xp... >:(

    Not sure about NA support but the few times I have used their EU support I was answered in less than 24 hours.

    Hopefully it gets solved quickly so you can enjoy the double XP period. It has been extended to the full 10 days of free reactivation :-) (link)

    We dont need casuals in our games!!! Errm... Well we DO need casuals to fund and populate our games - But the games should be all about "hardcore" because: We dont need casuals in our games!!!
    (repeat ad infinitum)
