Trouble purchasing the game....what am I doing wrong?

Hey guys,

Old school MMORPG guy here and Tingle's article perked my interest.  As an Pre-CU SWG player the game sounds like it has promise.  Anyway, I go to the mortalonline.com website, register, attempt to purchase and nothing happens.  I've had a pending order for like 2 days.  I've sent emails through the "ticket" process, but haven't had a response yet.  I'm a big believer in Indy games too (Eve, Fallen Earth to name 2), but these guys are making it very tough to give them my money.  Anyone else had any situation with this?

I want to give these guys a shot as I have a few weeks off coming up and would like to delve into something new.

My reason side says: "StarVault has been having problems with billing for a while. I recently tried to purchase the game and never got my payment to go through, so I cancelled it and figured that I saved my money if it's going to be that hard."

 

Just be sure to take your card information completely off their records if you decide not to buy it.

You may be right...hehe.  It just looks like a decent game and I'm tired of what I have played.  Want a game that isn't a gear grind.  Thanks for the advice.
