Naming convention?

I don't know if anyone already covered this:

What's the naming convention like? Are spaces allowed?

Example:

Dr. Light

Wonder Woman

Or does it all have to fit in one word?

Example:

Drlight

Wonderwoman

    Spaces are allowed. I haven't been able to get punctuation or odd characters to work though.

    I want a mmorpg where people have gone through misery, have gone through school stuff and actually have had sex even. -sagil

    I've seen apostrophes though.
