Special Mounts?

If you read this Part about mounts youl see that somewhere it sez:  There are rare mounts out there to discover, but are there really any "special" mount that for example are achieved by quests... have anyone ever seen one??? or knows something about this???

    Yes I know but they mean other mounts i think, cuz first they metion the felsteed and paladin warhorse and then it sez: There are special mounts out there discover

    I know someone who dates a secretary of some guy who works for a company that installed windows for another company that set up phones for a person who heard from a reliable source that COWs will be one ofthe special mounts.
