I'm new to this site so I'm honestly not sure, but is it an open forum for the articles that you see featured on this site, or are there specific staff people that take care of things here?

The articles are private only. Sometimes they pick out forum topics and use the OPS opinion in articles though. And your always free to submit a review or article in hopes of getting them published or even getting a spot on the staff.
