It still says that most of em are down, but if you can get in one of the EQ2 channels on the launcpad the banner states the correct status.

I will say this. I'm currently in the chat waiting for any possible updates and the channel is moderated so I'm not getting spammed with whiners and complainers..
SOE must have realized that opening a free for all when the servers are down is not in anyone's best interest. I recall EQ1 when the servers where down, eventually I gave up going to the chat rooms for updates. Too much crying.....

BTW, it looks lie they had some hardware failure:
"We are working with a hardware vendor to address some remaining issues with the following servers, which will be experiencing additional downtime: Befallen, Permafrost, Crushbone, Runnyeye, Mistmoore, Oasis, Innothule, Steamfont, Faydark, and Innovation"
