Instanced or Persistent?

Is this game gonna be entirely instanced? I've never seen an actiony type game like this that is mostly persistent.

Gameplay video look awesome, from the clip it look like persistent, or at least I hope. If its instanced, the roaming areas look huge which I wouldn't mind.
