For example, the possibility to explore new places, to create / build something, or to become rich and/or powerful, even if that is virtual. I believe those are common fun factors that can be found in MMORPG. But, after some time, they will go away, because you would have explored all the places, you would have build everything possible, or you are rich/powerful at least to some extent.

So for me, there is another fun factor that seems very powerful because it will usually last longer or even not go away at all, and this is the adrenaline rush you get from full loot PvP games, because each time you encounter enemies, you risk something, and you can also win something, and each time the encounter and fight is quite unique as well.

So, would adrenaline rush be the ultimate fun factor of MMORPG?

Never come across any other game that comes even remotely close to as much of an adrenaline that I get every time that I play this game . ... even though I've played it for almost 2 years! Still makes my heart jump, almost once a day at least . .. lol hopefully people do not get heart-attacks from it lol

NEWS FLASH! "A bank was robbed the other day and a man opened fire on the customers being held hostage. One customer zig-zag sprinted until he found cover. When questioned later he explained that he was a hardcore gamer and knew just what to do!" Download my music for free! I release several albums per month as part of project "Thee Untitled" . .. some video game music remixes and cover songs done with instruments in there as well! http://theeuntitled.bandcamp.com/ Check out my roleplaying blog, collection of fictional short stories, and fantasy series... updated on a blog for now until I am finished! https://childrenfromtheheavensbelow.blogspot.com/ Watch me game on occasion or make music... https://www.twitch.tv/spoontheeuntitled and subscribe! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCUvqULn678VrF3OasgnbsyA

If that happens, meaning someone dies from an heart attack playing Darkfall, I wonder if that would be a positive or negative thing for the game...
