That message appears right after my installation process... BUT my video card is a Mobility Radeon 9700! Maybe its because my school has some zenworks shit put on my laptop...PLEASE HELP!

Reinstall your drivers. Otherwise I have never heard of this problem.

It could be maybe the graphics card partially shares some system memory at a guess, I'd check the ATI site to see excactly what the card is suppose to do. I'm guessing its on a laptop hence mobility in the name.
