Getting error when I try to preorder from Steam...

Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you had problems when you peeps pre order the game from steam or any service in general...

 

I ask because I keep getting an internal error, I try contacting support and no answer at all...

 

ps: I am trying to order it with paypal....

I didnt have a problem pre ordering from steam although I ordered a while ago, but maybe since it is just a few hours from official release higher traffic might be causing problems

for example, I cant set up a dcuo sub atm

hey peeps, I have a small question,

 

plz forgive me if I sound harsh ok...

 

I am having problems preordering, currently I live in Puerto Rico, I am wondering if this guys included my place in the game as we are considered part of US even if we are not exactly a state... Or they forgot to read some history books???
