I'm sorry but I actually liked Booster Golds voice. He has BG's cocky "I'm a Super Hero star." to it. Also, I'm not rushing to confirm but I believe it's voiced by the guy who voiced him in JLU (Justice League Unlimited).
Like the others put an asterisk to your statement excluding Mark Hamill's Joker. But, if you want that, you could always play Arkham Asylum instead.

One baddie randomly said "All of your souls are belong to meee!"
Mark knocks Joker out of the park. He really nailed that voice. It's a game. I would rather have a good game then tons of cash sunk into voice overs for everything. Voice in this game is done fine.
P.S. Wonder Woman is done by that chick from Firefly. I think her voice does not fit the part at all. That was the only one I didn't like.
It's very noticable going back to MMOs without voice overs - I appreciated being able to run to the next mission while being told what was happening (unless I ran into another VO, or someone on VOIP, then I couldn't hear anything clearly).
However, I do wonder what kind of blocks this is going to put on content development. If Hamill retires the Joker voice, for instance, a stand-in is going to be noticable. Or if another Firefly movie goes into production, good luck in getting access to all those actors for their voices!
