LF (populated) party-oriented MMO

Dont wanna start another discussion on newest MMO, that are mostly solo questing till end game....

just asking, since i like more the  cooperative gameplay in MMOs (thats what they are born for, IMO, at the beginning), for  suggestions to share on games (not necessarily new, but yet populated) more party/group oriented since start or anyway way before the end game.

Could be both F2P or P2P (better first ones :P).

    Game I tried with the best group-oriented gameplay was City of Heroes.. Tried several other titles but none ever felt like it was a bonus to group with others, so ending up soloing and canceling a few weeks later.

    Most people don't understand the sense of a MMORPG.. I feel your pain..
