these forums were a semi-decent place to come, community wise, before release.  there were always people enjoying discussion on the game with the normal-for-mbs flame posts.  but now, its turned into crap, everytime i come here i instantly click away because all the posts are garbage, no one here even plays this game, its all a bunch of people who don't play arguing over who has the better reason not to play, i wish i could share all of your passion for message board trolling, but i can't, goodbye mmorpg.com.

    Well...

Only the unwise will expect to see more pro-fans then folks that leave on a neutral grounds.

EQ2 have some strong supporters.  I am sure they would have more if they would have work to please folks that not necessarily join a guild.

I am sure you will be happier in a community rule and run by SoE.

Kiamde is a strong EQ2 supporter...

I play CoH myself...I did try EQ2 1 week and WoW 15 hours...

Maybe you should try to see if your server have a message board(other then the official run by SoE), this is prolly more what you are looking for, EQservers often have 1 or more message board, might be more what you want.

Anyway, enjoy EQ2 and maybe see ya in EQ3: The return of solo content!  *grin hopefully*  (return is a better marketing word then something more honest like the born of solo content, thereby this ''mistake'' is intentionnal).
