As of just now, Ostiak posted that the NDA has been lifted and we can freely talk about the game.

That's not officially confirmed. It's just a user claiming it.
Hope you enjoy this Tabula Rasa/Entropia style semi-shooter skill based game. I know I am.. or was before they shut the door in prep for the "open beta" of today
in fact it is, ostiak posted it in beta forums.
However thats just too early to lift the NDA, you will soon see why

Why is there still even an NDA or a closed beta still? The game is gold and being distributed if it's being released in a little over a week?!
I assume the reason they shut down when keys got released too soon was because they didnt want people to see that crazy numbers build with gazillion skill points needed for stuff heh.
Waiting to see what today's build will have.
Unlike single player games, MMOs can be worked on until the very last minute of release, and (hopefully) beyond that. This makes the game going gold a bit different.
There will be no new build today
Apparently the new build will be later on this week now.
