Graphics are great! But for the love all that's good and pure in this world, please make those lightsaber hilts smaller.
Williac, i made a thread over at swtor.com about this. I will get back to you on what they feel. It's a logical complaint. If i see enough people having an issue with it, i will put it in the suggestions thread and hope a dev sees it and comments on it.
Edit: One of the posters on swtor.com link three images of lightsaber hilts. See what you think.
In the latest flashpoint trailer, the hilt sizes have gotten to the point where I have no more issues with their sizes.
All that is left to disclose is large scale content for both pvp and pve. Space combat is the only thing that hasnt met my expectations. Everything else has exceeded them. And the graphics are looking better than ever.
Housing?? Housing???
here we go again with this housing,
where anywhere did SWTOR features mentioned housing????? let alone a official statement featuring housing, closest thing to housing would be playerships if that is what you mean.

Yeah the player ship is the persons house so to speak.
Help me Bioware, you're my only hope.
Is ToR going to be good? Dude it's Bioware making a freaking star wars game, all signs point to awesome. -G4tv MMo report.
The ship is the house. Why do you sound so angry about that innovative idea?
It is the ONLY innovative thing in this game though .....
I'm not sure on the innovating part but i will mention that fully voiced dialog throughout the game. The idea that your player now has a voice, the idea that the choices you can make change the rewards, enemies and even dungeon layouts (flashpoint in this game). Along with the idea that your character will morph (if you make enough dark sided choices) are all pretty new and for me exciting things to see come to the MMO field.
Help me Bioware, you're my only hope.

Can i ask which part of the trailer your seeing that in? I looked at the parts where they are running and besides the jedi which may be using force speed (hence the hands in front) they appear to be moving their bodies hands and arm while they run.

Have you seen how they run with the lightsabers out? Looks pretty dodgy to me.
Hes probably in an attack posture mode while running, not a passive one like the forefront Jedi is. hence why hes holding the lightsaber up like hes getting ready for an attack.
Just my opinion though.

They added new animations and improved the previous. I like them now, finally! And yes there are two running animations, one in combat stance when he grabs the lightsaber with two hands and one we just runs normaly with the lightsaber in one hand. You can check that in the video!
Yeah, I agree the animations/combat could be a little more fluid but is no one else impressed by the story/cinematic presentation? It lends itself so much more to immersion. I think it's pretty awesome.
The combat is not slow, it just seems that way in the trailer for showing purposes. All the testers till now say the combat is very fast paced, also were is the last mmo you played were you faced 3 4 or more enemies at once?!
this morning in Rift :O i do agree though, for MMOs the combat is alright. Nothing special but then, never was claimed to be.

Seriously Farmville? Yeah I think it's great. In a World where half our population is dying of hunger the more fortunate half is spending their time harvesting food that doesn't exist.

I didn't explain well. While in rift the mobs walk separate and you can pull one at the time (of course you can always pull 3 or 4 but you will die for sure if they are of you level) in SWTOR the mobs are always together like a team. There are always groups of 3/4 and even 5 mobs that you fight at one time.

Uhm, die? I can take on up to 5 in rift, more if I don't have to pull them together (eg a non-elite invasion) - the debuff while running in combat hurts too much otherwise. a right spec is all that you need.
That said, i have seen some mobs that fight in groups in other MMOs, i am not sure if thats exactly innovative. If the combined it with good AI, then yes, maybe. But there is no way to judge AI at this moment unless someone has beta access and did real testing (eg: fight the same group of mobs in different ways).

Those three pictures makes the hilt size look fine to me. They are pictures but i don't think it changes much when in motion.

Seems good my only problem thus far is that the chars don't move their upper body and hands while running.

Oh my... that trailer was awful.
Looks worse graphically then Champions tbh.
People are really actually excited abiut this? o.0

Looks a bit crap.
Looks like the next hit.
