AoC and WAR "failed" because they presented a product that was inferior in every way that matters to a previous product.  Don't compare GW2 to these 2 games...heck don't compare GW1 to these 2 games.

basically...

AoC < WAR < WoW = standard in theme park MMOs =/= GW or GW2

in my opinion WoW < GW < GW2 (I played the demo, I know what I am talking about)
