LAte last night i sendt a E-mail to the suport to Trion.
to my surprise, i got a mail back in less than 10 hours, furthermore the mail actualy solved my issues!.
Was just about shipping ordering etc due to my lame place on this planet.
Buti can honoestly say, this much of a quick responce i have never had from a MMORPG company.
I have played WoW since open beta (quit 4 months ago, loved Cata but i cba anymore)
and never did Blizz react so fast (if you`re a X wow-er you should know the score:D)
Same whit NCsoft, slooow to any issues that may arise.
What surprised me the most about Trion was the quick responce and how extencive the support was, i didnt get a
pre aranged done deal letter, it was whit a personal touch and i felt that a actual human did read it.
To my two issues, i got 7 respones in the same mail telling me how to avoid my problem or to correct it.
As if that wasnt enough, also attached 5 more helpfull adivce incase the support did`nt pan out.
Thought i`d just share it, makes me wana play the game so much more when they (for the time beeing) atleast show that the support and help function is reliable.
(sorry for the butchering of the English language, it`s my 3rd language:D)

Their ingame support is even faster. And better than any other GM support in game i had chance to talk with.

Trion is def pretty awesome as far as communication with their customers.
I was able to understand you just fine.
Most have experienced great response with Trion. They're proven themselves to be one heck of a standup company.
Every company in the beginning is eager to please. Now I agree that TRION has gone above and beyond to what I'm used to, but I hope they keep it up and not get comofrtable with their approach to customers after the release.
